With Sales Rep Tagging and Filtering, you can assign sales reps to their accounts in Locally, allowing you and your reps to filter Locally analytics showing their accounts only. With this feature, reps can gain quick insights into sales and performance of their stores, and for ShopSense subscribers, quickly view inventory, sales and demand at their accounts.
To enable this feature, you'll need:
- A list of your sales reps with First/Last Name and Email
- A dealer list showing which accounts each sales rep works with
To add reps yourself:
- Load your Company Users panel and click "Invite New User"
- Add their First Name, Last Name, Email, and in the "Special Roles" field, add the "Sales Rep" role
- Send invite
- Then, load your Dealer List Manager, right click on a store and select "Assign Sales Rep"
- Select the rep from the dropdown, save, repeat!

Once your reps are tagged, load your Analytics and use the "Sales Rep" filter to filter results for each rep's stores.
