Why do some dealers show up differently than I submitted them?

We strive to show the most accurate data available on your Store Locator.

Our Open StoreFront system works by having a Parent Listing of each shop. 

This parent listing displays one of the following:

  • The shop claims the store and verifies the Store Name, Address, Phone. This is the preferred method and once claimed, we do not update as the shop will keep the store up to date.
  • A verified listing that uses a combination of Google API, trusted web sources, and multiple submitted brand dealer lists. 

Your dealer list submissions are auto matched via zip/phone to the parent listing. 

Our Parent Listings are revised daily. However, there are cases where a shop remains with the same zip and phone and some info updates. If you see a listing that is out of date, please email support@locally.com.
