Locally's Relationship Manager lets brands and retailers share permissions regarding advanced Locally features. If you received an email but weren't quite sure what it mean, here are definitions.
"Ship to Store Support"
Want to receive a shopper, a sale, and a check? If you’re receiving this request it’s because one of our brand partners is offering you the opportunity to participate in their Locally Ship to Store program.
This lets shoppers on the brand’s website order any item from their warehouse and have it delivered to your store for pickup. You'll receive a check each month for your portion of any sales.
Plus, you can connect your inventory to Locally and enable Buy it Locally to avoid receiving orders for items already in-stock at your store.
To get setup, approve the Ship to Store Support request and then complete the remaining three easy steps here: Accept Ship To Store transactions with Locally.
"Stock Sharing"
If you’re receiving this request it’s because a Locally partner is interested in viewing stock levels for their products at your store. Partners use Stock Sharing in different ways, like powering marketing solutions, optimizing product ordering and automate fulfillment, and much more. Be sure to reach out to the company requesting Stock Sharing with any further questions.
Here's how to approve a Stock Sharing Request:
1. Click on the link in the email from Locally about the Stock Sharing request, or go to "Brand Relationships" and then "Recent Requests" in your Locally dashboard.
2. Confirm the request by clicking "approve".
3. Double check that you have a live inventory feed in our system that includes all UPCs for that brand. If needed, you can access all of our supported catalog data in your Locally account here.
Alternatively, email [email protected] and we can help approve the Stock Sharing request for you.
