How do I use my Analytics panel?

Analytics are a beta feature that is available to you in your Locally account. Not all parameters are fully functional; the guide below walks you through some of the useful areas of the analytics panel. Got an idea for what you want to see added? Let us know!

Product Locator Impressions 

[Filter by Activity > Product Locator Impressions] 

Locally’s Product Locator registers an impression every time a product page on a brand’s website is loaded, regardless of whether or not the Product Locator is clicked. It is effectively the number of total product page loads on brand sites in your store’s area. 

Product Locator Clicks 

[Filter by Activity > Product Locator Clicks] 

This metric shows you the total number of clicks by users on brand sites’ Locally-powered Product Locators in your store’s area. 

Dealer Locator Views 

[Filter by Activity > Dealer Locator Views] 

This metric shows you how many individual loads Locally-powered Dealer Locators on brand sites received within a given time span in your store’s area. 

Locally Pages and Pages for Facebook Analytics

Locally Pages: Product Impressions 

[Filter by Context > Locally Pages Search Grid] 

Product impressions count each time a product was presented to a shopper in your area via a Locally tool, regardless of whether or not the item was clicked. For example, if there are three Brooks products being presented to a shopper on a retailer’s Locally Pages tool on their site, Locally registers this as three product impressions. 

Locally Pages for Facebook: Product Impressions 

[Filter by Context > Facebook Search Grid] 

Product impressions count each time a product was presented to a shopper in your area via a Locally tool, regardless of whether or not the item was clicked. For example, if there are three Brooks products being presented to a shopper on a retailer’s Locally Pages tool on their site, Locally registers this as three product impressions. 

Locally Pages for Facebook: Product Loads 

[Filter by Context > Facebook Product Detail] 

Locally tracks how many products were loaded to open the product detail page on our Locally Pages for Facebook tool for retailer’s Facebook pages. This shows you the total number of product loads on retailer Facebook Pages via the Locally Pages for Facebook tool within 50 miles of your store’s location. 

Locally.com Analytics

Locally.com: Product Impressions 

[Filter by Context > Locally.com Search Grid] 

Product impressions count each time a product was presented to a shopper within 50 miles of your store on Locally.com, regardless of whether or not the item was clicked. For example, if there are four TNF products being presented to a shopper on Locally.com, Locally registers this as four product impressions. 

Locally.com Product Loads 

[Filter by Context > Locally.com Product Page Loads] 

Locally tracks how many products were loaded to open the product detail page on Locally.com, showing you the total number of product loads for products on our site within 50 miles of your store’s location.
