We are excited to provide instructions for setting up an inventory report through Nutid. Please follow the instructions below to set up and export your inventory report to Locally.
1. Follow the instructions in the attached document below to create an inventory export in your Nutid system. Note: The example in the document is for Trek items specifically, but these instructions can be used for all of the brands that you carry.
2. Once your report is set up, generate your SFTP credentials in your Locally account here. This will allow you to send the report to us.
3. To set up your export through Nutid, Select File>Company Details>Export Settings>FTP
4. Enter your credentials as listed below:
Server: ftp.locally.com
Port: 2022
Select the SFTP box
Username: Generate in your Locally account
Password: Generate in your Locally account
3. Reach out to us at support@locally.com once the report has been sent and we will connect the inventory file to your shop.
