Rock Gym Pro

You can set up Rock Gym Pro (RGP) to automatically email your inventory to Locally every day. This keeps your stock up to date without any manual uploads.

Step 1: Make Sure Barcodes Are Added

Locally matches your products by barcode.

  • In RGP, each product has a barcode field.

  • Make sure every product you want to show on Locally has a barcode entered.

Step 2: Find Your Store’s Locally Email Address

Each store has its own unique email address for inventory files.

  • Log in to your Locally account.

  • Go to Email Method here.

  • Go to Email Method to copy your store’s email address.

Step 3: Schedule the Report in Rock Gym Pro

  1. In RGP, go to Data Entry → Reporting → General Reports.

  2. Click the Inventory tab.

  3. Choose one of the following report

    • Inventory – Count

  4. Click Schedule Automatic Report Email.

  5. Add your store’s Locally email address in the Recipients field.

  6. Set the schedule to Daily.

  7. Save.

Step 4: Send Your First File

After scheduling, send a test report right away.

  • In the same window, click Send Report Email.

Step 5: Tell Locally You’re Ready

Email support@locally.com to let us know you’ve sent your first file.
We’ll turn on the connection so your uploads sync automatically.


That’s it!
Once connected, your inventory will update on Locally every day. Customers will always see what you really have in stock, no manual updates needed.
