To activate your Locally + Retail & Service Solutions connection:
1. Ensure that you are using vendor UPC codes. You can download all of Locally's supported vendor catalogs in your Locally account here.
2. Generate SFTP credentials in your Locally account by following these instructions.
3. Contact RB Retail & Service Solutions by emailing Rachael@rbcontrolsystems.com and let her know that you would like to set-up the Locally connection. Please cc retailers@locally.com so we can assist!
